All duly filled application forms are returned with copies of relevant certificates to the Registrar on or before the submission deadline. This should be accompanied by a nonrefundable application processing fee of Ksh. 1500 for graduate, Ksh. 1200 for Bachelors and Diploma programmes.

Scott Christian University Alumni are allowed to use the library at a nominal fee. Researchers who would like to use the library are required to apply to the University Librarian, who authorizes such requests. However, for these two categories, library resources can be utilized only within the premises.
SCU offers scholarships to School of Theology students through Scott Theological Foundation twice a year which is granted according to the financial need of the student. Students also can apply for A.I.M scholarship which is given once a year. Application forms can be picked from the Dean of student’s office.
