UNIVERSITY GOVERNANCE

Scott Christian University is governed by a Board of Trustees, which holds the institution in trust, and a University Council, which provides strategic oversight and stewardship of its affairs.

Board of Trustees
Holds the assets and Christian foundation of the university in trust on behalf of the Africa Inland Church Kenya, and safeguards its mission and identity.
University Council
The supreme governing body for strategy, finance and policy — overseeing management, approving budgets and ensuring sound stewardship.
University Senate
The highest academic authority, responsible for academic policy, standards, programmes and the integrity of the university’s scholarly work.
University Management
The executive team led by the Vice-Chancellor, responsible for day-to-day operations, implementation of Council and Senate decisions, and strategic execution.
